drop shaddow  change blend mode to luminance

duplicate image mirror.

Resize main tube paste as new layer place inbetween

your two end tubes drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name place to bottom left of template add Eyecandy gradient glow.

Crop apaque merged.

Highlight white frame effects dsb flux bright noise set on 80 mix.

Edit copy merged paste as new image in animation shop.

Back to psps add noise hit mix once edit copy merged paste after current frame

in animation shop. Back to psp add noise hit mix once

edit copy paste after current frame in animation shop.

view animation save as.

Work as you did for your banner resizing layers as you go.

adding copyright, licence number and 1st.letter of your name

place name to bottom right of template.

Do same animation as on your banner, view animation 

Save as.
